This role is to work alongside our Senior Conveyancing Executive and grow the Residential Property offering in this location.
You will have daily support from the Residential Partner and wider team of 35. You will have a Legal Assistant, Secretarial and Post Exchange support along with the Client Enquiries team to take the initial enquiry and business support to open the matter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Residential Property experience to help further develop the busy department and with support expand on our great reputation.
You’ll be joining a well-established Residential Property team that handles a broad spectrum of matters including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and complex title issues. The team works with a diverse client base spanning the full range of residential property types.
Day to Day
You will be handling a varied caseload that will encompass the full cycle of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages on freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity, transfers of part, property finance work, deeds of easement and release and small development sales.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor, Charted Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with experience (at least 1 years PQE) in residential property law, or a competent Paralegal looking to take the next step into full fee earning, with conveyancing experience having ideally been gained at a reputable regional or national firm. You should have had experience in starting to manage your own caseload and delivering high-quality service to clients.
