Job Vacancy
You’ll be joining a well-established Residential Property department that handles a broad spectrum of matters including mainstream sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, complex title issues and a broad range of residential property and finance work. The department works with a diverse client base spanning the full range of residential property types across all 7 of our offices and nationally.
Day to day you will be handling a varied caseload that will encompass the full cycle of residential property transaction including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity, transfers of part, deeds of easement, variation and/or release and small development sales.
This role offers the chance to take on meaningful responsibility, contribute to client development, and support junior team members, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Department is looking to not only build more on the internal management team with the Department itself but give more residential property presence within the firm’s overall Management team as part of this recruitment so there is real opportunity to join the Firm at Senior Associate level for the right candidate.
At Senior Associate level you are considered as part of the management group at the Firm. This means genuine involvement at leadership level, ability to contribute to and lead on projects which are designed to grow the success of the department and firm. You will be involved with the business planning process and be recognised for the contribution you make to the overall residential property department.
This is an exciting time to join Holmes & Hills. Having invested a significant amount of funding and effort in our growth over the last 5 years, we are now in a strong position to utilise that growth in developing our service offering further and increasing the profitability of the firm. This role has real potential to be part of some exciting times ahead for the Firm!
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
