The Role
Day to day you will be handling a varied caseload that will encompass the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages on freehold and leasehold property, lease extensions and Transfers of Equity, Transfers of Part, Small development sales and Regulated and Unregulated finance matters. You should also have proven knowledge of trust matters and their impact on residential property transactions.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
This role will therefore suit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking for the opportunity to grow and develop their career as a Residential Property Solicitor.
The right candidate will have excellent client care skills and be able to take a flexible approach to meeting clients’ expectations of client contact. They must be confident and competent in technical aspects of Residential Property and Land Law and not just the process itself.
You should also have proven knowledge of trust matters and their impact on residential property transactions.
You will have a proven track record in delivering high quality residential property work independently and experience of supporting more junior members of the team and colleagues.
