Acting as a trusted advisor to individuals, businesses and local authorities, the solicitors and support staff at Holmes & Hills take the time to understand clients’ objectives before delivering practical advice through a personal and accessible approach.
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor, based in our Witham office, to support the strategic growth of Holmes & Hills’ Family Law service offering alongside and in partnership with the firm’s existing Family Law team.
The successful candidate will advise on a range of family and relationship matters including Divorce, Separation, Relationship Agreements , Children, Domestic Abuse and Financial settlements.
You will have a proven track record in delivering expert legal advice and high service levels to clients, whilst working independently on your own caseload.
As the firm continues to grow, the successful candidate will be keen to build their personal reputation as a Family Law specialist in the region, alongside that of the firm.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
This role will suit a Family Solicitor with at least 1 - 2 years PQE who is able to demonstrate:
- A solid understanding of financial remedies
- Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
- Experience in advising clients in relation to consent orders
You should have the ability to manage your own caseload but there are experienced team members who will be able to provide support where needed.
