The Role
We are looking for experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our busy and growing Corporate and Commercial team in order to enhance our Corporate Law offering.
Based in our A12 Commercial Hub you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service, initiating, and taking ownership of marketing initiatives and supporting junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will focus on a broad spectrum of work, including:
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• MBOs and MBIs
• Corporate Finance
• Employee Share Schemes
• Terms and Conditions & Contract Advice
• Shareholder & Partnership Agreements
You will have a proven track record in delivering strategic, pragmatic, proactive and expert legal advice and services.
What experience do I need?
The successful candidate will be at least four years’ qualified and able to demonstrate experience in handling a wide range of Corporate Law matters with previous experience of supervision and development of junior team members.
This role would suit an ambitious professional who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing our Corporate Law offering.

• Previous experience supervising junior team members
• Excellent legal technical skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Commercially aware and a pro-active thinker
